      BioTrinity

      OBN is the largest not-for-profit R&D company membership organization in the UK, supporting and bringing together the UK’s innovative life sciences companies, corporate partners and investors. Member companies are located across the Golden Triangle and beyond to Nottingham, The Midlands, Manchester and Scotland benefiting from OBN’s networking, partnering, purchasing, advising, training, and advocacy activities.

      In 2007, OBN launched a new two-day event, BioTrinity, which immediately attracted nearly 400 participants. The event has continued to grow to over 1,000 participants in 2016, and has more than quintupled the number of partnering meetings in just seven years. BioTrinity has successfully attracted 1,020 multinational pharmaceutical companies and numerous international participants from a base of zero. BioTrinity is now known as the main UK life sciences investor meeting, with 181 investors attending the most recent edition, and actively participating in partnering.

          Jointly organized in its eighth edition by the Spanish Bioindustry Association (ASEBIO), SPRI (Government of the Basque Country) and the BioBasque agency, Biospain has become one of the leading biotech events in Europe, being the perfect setting for forging new partnerships and strengthening existing business relationships in the biotechnological market.

          Following the success of previous editions, Biospain 2016 hosted 233 exhibitors, more than 701 companies and institutions and over 1,750 delegates from 29 countries. One-to-one business meetings rose to 2,970 making BioSpain the largest business & technology transfer partnering event organized by an industry association in Europe.
